We are proud to have the library with the biggest collection of German books in Malaysia.

Besides books written in German, we also offer DVDs in German for rent.

We try to order the latest fiction and to offer you a wide range of Classical books.

Also the students studying German will find some Easy-Reads in our library.

We just ordered some new books.
To name a few:

Alles Anders - Kari Ehrhardt

Every month I would like to recommend one book.
This "Book of the month" of the month is Atemschaukel, written by Herta Müller

Rumania, 1945: The Second World War is over. The German population lives in fear.  "It was the morning of January, the 15th, when the patrol came to take me away. It started to get colder- by then we only had -15°C." That´s how y young men started describing his deportation to Russia. Led by the experiences of this young men Herta Müller describes the lives of Germans in Siebenbürgen.
She tries to make the history and the destiny of the Russian Germans in the times of Stalin alive.

Hera Müller did get the Nobel Price in Literature 2009 for this Masterpiece.

I hope you enjoy reading it.
